            Responsibilities:  Responsible to raise Purchase Order & follow up on inbound process for PO raised 
Manage the flow from Sales Order to Delivery Order 
Coordination with supplier ensuring warranty cliems for parts/ credit are fulfilled 
Processing shipment list for picking 
other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned 
Requirement:  At least a Diploma 
At least 2 years of relevant experience 
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)  
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
