Serve food and drinks to customers according to company service standards 
Assist customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge 
Prepare tables, seating arrangements, and dining areas before opening hours 
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant, bar, and al fresco dining areas 
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout operating hours 
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely serviceHandle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally 
Process billing and payment transactions accurately
