Waiter
The Waiter is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience in line with Leeu Collection standards. This role ensures that guests receive warm, professional, discreet yet efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation.
Inherent Requirements: Matric Wine certificate course would be beneficial At least 2-years waitering experience in a high-end Fine Dining Restaurant (Hotel Restaurant experience beneficial). Proficiency in POS systems (Easipos preferred). Competencies and Attributes: Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
