Job Description
The Benefits and Leave Management Administrator serve as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for employee benefits and leave programs. This role independently manages the full lifecycle of benefits and leave administration, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides advanced guidance to employees, leaders, and OTM, HRIS and Finance partners. The position plays a critical role in complex leave case management, vendor coordination, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement of programs that support workforce well-being and operational effectiveness.
