Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous.
At least 6 years’ experience in relevant Banking applications / Information Technology.
Proficient in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, CL programming.
Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or AGILE.
Well-versed in service management or production support’s process flow and cycle.
Experience leading a small team and providing guidance to junior developers.
Knowledge of Silverlake’s banking software suite is an added advantage.
