Lead and manage regional compensation cycle projects, including planning, system implementation, testing, and post-cycle review across APAC
Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements and support compensation system enhancements and process improvements
Oversee system configuration, workflow setup, and user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity
Collaborate with country HR teams to align compensation processes with internal policies, business requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks
Manage vendor relationships and support the development of compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making
Support HR systems integration initiatives and drive change management efforts to improve reward processes and user adoption across the region
