Overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
Lead sensory testing and on-site consumer insights, when applicable
Gather scientific evidence through a variety of established and recognized resources, to support the beneficial effects of ingredients and manufacturing practices as it relates to our categories
Identify and advances quality and process improvement opportunities
Provide feedback on potential food safety or quality concerns
Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports, as required
Ensure promised timelines on analyses and projects are met
Manage and develop the department’s resources to meet or exceed all deadlines and expectations
