Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
- Lead and supervise the Procurement Operations team (KYV and PO issuance)
- Allocate workload and ensure service delivery within agreed timelines
- Provide guidance, training and performance management to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Act as escalation point for complex or exception cases
- Supplier Due Diligence (KYV Governance)
- Oversee execution of KYV checks including AML, COI, adverse news, litigation and financial assessments
- Review and approve KYV reports prior to submission to stakeholders
