Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans, annual business objectives, and market growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, depletion, and market share goals
+ Lead and direct sales leadership teams, providing coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development to build organizational capability
+ Build and maintain executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to drive strategic alignment and business growth
+ Partner with supplier leadership to develop annual business plans, distribution objectives, promotional strategies, and investment priorities
+ Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend business solutions
