Provide senior operational leadership, expertise, and guidance to LATAM & Caribbean-based General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring alignment with Ennismore’s goals and values as well as the applicable Brand standards.
Partner closely with General Managers to set clear performance expectations, establish accountability, and monitor results through disciplined use of KPIs, financial analysis, and structured performance reviews.
Lead the annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and Latest Estimate (LE) processes across the portfolio, strengthening financial discipline, forecast accuracy, and commercial decision-making.
Identify, evaluate, and drive revenue growth and profitability opportunities across the hotels, working collaboratively with Ennismore level sales, revenue, marketing, food & beverage, and brand teams.
