• Implementations (festivals, POS, phased rollouts)
• Data & Business Intelligence
• Procurement (internal & hardware resale)
• Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control)
• Tech integrations
• Internal operations
• Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance

Process, KPIs & Data

• Design, implement and own company-wide operational KPIs.
• Ensure reliable, timely and actionable data for decision-making.
• Work closely with the Data team to build scalable reporting models.
