Lead and supervise a team of Voyage Operations Specialists / Coordinators while independently managing daily voyage operations activities.
Oversee vessel operations and ensure smooth execution of voyages in accordance with operational requirements and business objectives.
Provide guidance, training, cross‑training, and development support to team members.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, vessel owners, terminals, agents, charterers, and other external parties to ensure efficient vessel operations.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned vessels and provide support during operational issues when required.
Monitor voyage performance, operational efficiency, and ensure timely communication of updates and operational changes.
Support optimization of vessel utilization and operational processes to improve overall performance and service delivery.
