Overview

Volunteer Coordinator role to lead the development and delivery of a co‑produced volunteering strategy that supports a more connected, inclusive and sustainable volunteering offer across Luton. The role supports cross‑sector partnership building with Anchor organisations, the VCFSE sector and council services to enhance volunteering capacity and link residents to employment, apprenticeships and personal development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support volunteers throughout their journey, including recruitment, onboarding, application processing and safeguarding measures.
