Voluntary Paid Firefighters Duchesne County

The Firefighter serves as a frontline first responder responsible for protecting life, property, and natural resources throughout Duchesne County. This role requires a strong commitment to public safety, teamwork, and ongoing training.

Core Responsibilities:

• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency incidents within assigned jurisdictions and throughout Duchesne County, including but not limited to structural and wildland fires, vehicle accidents and extrications, hazardous materials incidents, automatic and manual fire alarm activations, natural disasters, and provide support to EMS and Law Enforcement during multi-agency incidents.
• Community Protection: Protect lives, community infrastructure, private property, and natural resources across Duchesne County.
