Confirm volumetric movements (eg. deliveries, receipts, write on / offs, rebrands, etc) and prepare volumetric reports as needed
Reconcile assigned inventories per location and review and action open items monthly
Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility
Participate in process improvement projects
Work with traders and schedulers to understand business scenarios
Ensure work processes under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements
For Manufacturing, perform Plant Mass Balance activities, ensure proper recording for net deliveries, consumption & production and oil loss variations. Work with operations to investigate Oil Loss variances above tolerance
Participate in training sessions
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics (or within 4 months of graduation)
