We are looking for an experienced Switchgear Estimator to join the Pioneer Custom Electrical Products business unit, to generate pricing and proposal documents. This position plays an important role in shaping project success by ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates across a diverse range of electrical infrastructure products including switchgear, e-houses, skid-mounted systems, and modular power distribution equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Switchgear Cost Estimating: Guide development of, review and approve complex estimates for large-scale or custom projects, ensuring completeness and alignment with company margin targets.
• Proposal Development: Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates based on customer RFQs, technical specifications, electrical drawings, and project scopes. Analyze win/loss data to refine estimating strategy and increase project success rates.
