Vocational Rehabilitation Worker – Heatherwood Court Hospital

As a Vocational Employment Support Officer, you will work directly with patients to explore their strengths, aspirations and vocational goals. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, psychologists, nurses and social workers, supporting patients to access education, volunteering, training and employment opportunities as part of their recovery and discharge planning.
