• Lead the production of special promotion displays and seasonal refreshes to reflect new product launches and festive themes.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and brief retail staff on the precise execution of display arrangements.
• Monitor production costs, source display elements from suppliers, and ensure all projects stay within the allocated budget.
• Continuously research lifestyle demographics and global design trends to keep the brand’s visual identity ahead of the curve.
• Analyze sales reports and store survey results to adjust visual strategies for better commercial impact.
