We are hiring Visitor Management Officer to support visitor operations, booking management, and tour coordination at a secured facility.
Key Responsibilities - Handle visitor enquiries via hotline, email, and booking systems
- Manage visitor registrations and ensure security clearance compliance
- Maintain and update tour schedules and visitor records
- Coordinate arrival, departure, and flow of tour groups
- Perform daily system checks and operational logs
- Issue, collect, and manage RFID wristbands
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc visitor reports
- Ensure visitors are briefed on rules, conduct, and security procedures
Requirements - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level passes (A1–C6)
- Valid STB Tourist Guide License (preferred)
- Experience in visitor services, operations, museum, or security-related environments preferred
- Good communication skills.
