Respond to chats, inbound calls and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
Respond to emails, manage voicemail, and provide administrative support that includes data entry, record management, and time‑keeping.
Obtain medical history by navigating through different Electronic Medical Records Systems.
Enter patient information using EHR.
Maintain database records.
Collect payment for cash pay, copay, and deductibles.
Strictly adhere to and comply with HIPAA policy.
Salary
30,000-50,000 PHP/month
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in medical related fields, but not required).
Consultancy basis with a minimum of 6‑month consultancy contract (subject to renewal).
