Tidal is a UK-based window cleaning platform that acquires and integrates window cleaning businesses across the country under one operating system. We run sales, billing, scheduling and customer service centrally for a growing network of cleaners and acquired rounds.

The Role

You'll join our remote operations team converting leads, chasing overdue payments, and keeping customer accounts and schedules accurate. You'll work closely with the rest of the team and report into UK-based operations.

What you'll do

• Follow up commercial and residential leads by phone, text and email to convert enquiries into booked customers
• Chase overdue accounts and failed payments, agreeing payment plans or dates and escalating unresponsive cases
• Reply to all Trustpilot reviews, positive and negative, as part of maintaining our sales reputation
