Key Responsibilities

Review policies for payments, audits, and outstanding requirements.
Begin renewals 60–90 days before expiration.
Ensure policies are ready for presentation 30 days prior to renewal.
Request renewal terms from standard carriers in advance.
Handle requirements for non-standard carriers.
Flag premium increases over 5% for A, B, or C tier accounts.
Monitor D-tier accounts as directed.
Contact insureds 60 days before renewal to verify exposures and schedules.
Confirm payroll, sales, vehicles, equipment, and operations.
Track and follow up on responses.
Assist with re-quoting accounts when needed.
Update quote requests with current insured information.
Prepare ACORD applications and supporting documentation.
Ensure carrier quotes match updated account details.
