Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all renewals within NowCerts/Guidelight.
  • Review policies for payments, audits, and outstanding requirements.
  • Begin renewals 60–90 days before expiration.
  • Ensure policies are ready for presentation 30 days prior to renewal.
  • Request renewal terms from standard carriers in advance.
  • Handle requirements for non-standard carriers.
  • Flag premium increases over 5% for A, B, or C tier accounts.
  • Monitor D-tier accounts as directed.
  • Contact insureds 60 days before renewal to verify exposures and schedules.
  • Confirm payroll, sales, vehicles, equipment, and operations.
  • Track and follow up on responses.
  • Assist with re-quoting accounts when needed.
  • Update quote requests with current insured information.
  • Prepare ACORD applications and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure carrier quotes match updated account details.
