Responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned high-value clients (Key Accounts). Daily monitor clients’ trading activities and respond to client requests within 2 hours .
Provide premium and personalized services to clients, including: market analysis and interpretation, trading strategy recommendations, fee tier negotiation, and asset security reviews.
Conduct regular in-depth communication with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
Own performance metrics by focusing on growing trading volume and overall activity from assigned key clients.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in customer service or operations within the financial or cryptocurrency industry, with a strong key account service mindset.
Solid understanding of cryptocurrency trading mechanics (Spot, Futures, Leverage, etc.), capable of providing professional trading support to clients.
