            What You'll Be Doing Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and inquiries. 
Proactively identify and prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach, events, and referrals, owning the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding. 
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions. 
Guide clients through OKX's product suite, VIP tier structure, fee benefits, and platform updates. 
Drive VIP upgrades and upsell relevant product configurations to grow revenue from your client base. 
Support revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting new high-value prospects. 
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay client feedback and support platform improvements.
