Job Description
Position: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer
Work Setup: 8–10 days Return-to-Office (RTO) per month
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to video, audio, and conferencing hardware/software.
- Manage and support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and conferencing room systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth meeting and conferencing operations.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely technical support and resolution.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, HP Poly, or Cisco systems.
