Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or global distribution industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-region sales teams and meeting large-scale revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems (wholesalers, OTAs, DMCs, aggregators).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with frequent travel requirements.
- Exposure to digital distribution, XML connectivity, and online reservation platforms is an advantage.
