Reporting to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, the VP-Pharmacy Operational Effectiveness & Innovation is responsible for driving operational excellence across the High Value Pharmacy Enterprise (HVPE) within Henry Ford Health. This VP provides strategic and tactical leadership for process improvement, innovation, and project management initiatives that advance HVPE performance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational priorities.


The VP partners with executive and operational leaders across pharmacy and the broader health system to identify, develop, and implement high-impact pharmacy programs and services.
