**Description**

Estée Lauder is seeking an individual to provide a high⁃touch, single point of accountability in driving and leading creative luxury packaging innovation, design and development across a sizeable and growing network of brands in the Fragrance and Haircare categories.

This role will drive The Estée Lauder Companies to be the undisputed leader in packaging innovation, luxury design and experience via both breakthrough and incremental state⁃of⁃the⁃art concepts while ensuring strategic alignment, innovation, sustainability, technical and operational excellence, enabling full transparency in supporting global brand strategies. The individual will employ a high level of business acumen and leadership to improve organizational processes, systems, and structures to make this organization a benchmark within the company.
