Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with sizable principal fund to support potential investment activities.

  • Lead and execute various corporate finance transactions, including but not limited IPO, M&A, financial advisory, fund raising, restructuring, etc.
  • Identify and secure M&A deals as well as manage and invest large monetary funds
  • Ensure all transactions are compliance with relevant regulations, e.g. Listed Rules, Code of Takeovers & Mergers, IPO, etc.
  • Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
  • Conduct market data research and perform data analysis for preparation of the pitching materials
  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
