Vice President, Board & Corporate Governance

• Organise and coordinate meetings of the Board of Directors and Board Committees.
• Prepare meeting schedules, agendas and supporting documentation.
• Attend Board and Board Committee meetings and prepare accurate, comprehensive and high-quality minutes.
• Capture complex discussions, deliberations, decisions and action items in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Monitor and follow up on matters arising from Board and Committee meetings to ensure timely resolution and reporting.
• Support the preparation and review of Board papers, governance reports and meeting materials.
• Liaise with Directors, Senior Management and internal stakeholders on governance and Board-related matters.
• Assist in maintaining effective governance practices and Board administration processes.
• Supervise and guide a small team supporting Board and Committee activities.
