Responsible for the care and welfare of laboratory animals used in scientific and medical research and teaching and maintaining breeding programs to fulfil the research needs. Follow up strict veterinary health procedures for the different animal species to avoid inter‑species cross infections and other medical and scientific concerns. Develop and renew policies and procedures. Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in different animal laboratory techniques & research methodologies.
