Position Overview:
To elevate our Neurology Department’s client experience and improve upon treatment plan compliance and fee capture.

+ Point of contact for Neurology clients when a medical team member is not immediately available.

+ Point of contact for pDVMs requesting to speak with a Neurologist (when a Neurologist is not immediately available)

+ Provide Neurology clients with the time and attention they need (which allows the nursing team to focus primarily on patient care)
