Lead and oversee preclinical large animal studies (swine models) Provide hands-on veterinary support including anesthesia, surgical support, and post-operative care Collaborate with industry sponsors, faculty, and clinical teams on study execution Design and support research protocols, study endpoints, and model selection Ensure compliance with IACUC, USDA, and OLAW regulations Support SOP development, workflow optimization, and program growth Train and mentor research staff, technicians, and collaborators
