The Position:

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, service line St. Patrick Center, provides client‑centered support to individuals seeking stability and long‑term success. In this role, you will assess client eligibility, identify strengths and needs, and help clients secure stable housing. You will conduct in‑home visits, assist with essential needs such as transportation and food, and guide clients in developing monthly budgets that promote sustainability. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the ICM team, SSVF Peer Support, and other community partners to ensure clients receive holistic, coordinated care.
