POSITION SUMMARY
The Vessel Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational direction to a union labor workforce responsible for the lashing/unlashing and load-back/discharge program for international vessels. Working in close coordination with Port leadership, the Vessel Supervisor ensures that all cargo operations are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with applicable regulations, stowage plans, and company standards. This role demands a strong command presence, deep knowledge of breakbulk and Ro-Ro cargo operations, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment.
