Functions and Responsibilities - Ensure that Company’s IT Policy is updated and adhered to;
- Provide day to day IT support to end-users within the company;
- Provide IT support for Vessels via remote tools or vessel visit if required;
- Support and ensure normal IT server operations within the company and vessels;
- Maintain and update Office Hardware inventory
- Administer Company's Marine ERP's;
- Ensure that backup and replication is done for ERP's and office servers
- Collaborate with other Business Units on new technological needs or expand uses for existing technologies to increase functionality or efficiency if required;
- Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies;
