The IPB (International Private Bank) analyst will support event activities, reporting, administration and project management across the three IPB regions (EMEA, Latin America and Asia). This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, the ability to work long hours with occasional travel, and data management capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Research event venues, obtain event proposals and develop vendor contacts.
• Data management for events and internal reporting.
• Support internal meetings – record Zoom calls, prepare presentation decks and take notes.
• Process invoices and manage inventory for event supplies.
• Own pre‑event tasks such as briefing templates, production of name badges, printed materials, packing and shipping of supplies.
• Source and order branded merchandise for flagship events and event sponsorships.
