Vendor Administrator
Join our HSE Shared Services team as a Vendor Administrator. This role focuses on managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with HSE & Q requirements, and supporting administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Enterprise and Regional HSE & Q Teams.
- Complete tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with required timeframes.
- Provide process improvement recommendations to reduce completion time and increase efficiency of team tasks.
- Handle collation of information, data entry and electronic filing duties.
- Compile regular reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
