About The Role
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, state‑of‑the‑art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high‑volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs) working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest equipment and materials.
What you’ll be doing: - Preparing panels ready for primer and paint
- Masking and sheeting vehicles to a high standard
- Carrying out panel preparation and minor repairs
- Applying primer and supporting the paint process
- Delivering right‑first‑time prep work to reconditioning standards
Due to the nature of this role we will require you on‑site in Coalville 5‑days per week. Package
