Collaborate with the VDC Leadership team to build and manage a BIM Execution Plan and VDC implementation strategy.
Understand the owner BIM / Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and use a custom suite of software tools to prepare model‑based deliverables.
Have the freedom and creativity to develop project‑specific workflows that utilize BIM data for estimating, logistics, planning, scheduling (4D), coordination, field layout, and facilitates management.
Develop solutions with project stakeholders by performing model‑based design and constructability review, clash detection and visualization.
Manage and develop Revit models to contain COBie data for asset management.
Conduct VR walkthroughs of the future built asset with the client to address design concerns.
