About the Role

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact for web customers who have shown interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to visit the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed the VBDC’s objectives related to customer service standards, sales goals, call duration, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, on the phone and in emails.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce engaging, thoughtful, and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • No less than 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity.
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
