PagerDuty Value Engineer
The PagerDuty Value Engineer works closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to support sales pursuits within top accounts, engaging with customer leadership teams to articulate the tangible, strategic, and financial impact of the PagerDuty platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales management, sales engineering, customer success, and other functions to grow the amount of value‑related activity in the region.
- Work closely with prospective and existing customers, and cross‑functional teams, to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers and metrics, helping customers understand how the solutions can achieve their strategic and financial goals.
- Develop and deliver compelling CXO‑ready business case presentations and financial models (ROI, TTV, TCO) to accelerate, justify, and/or expand sales opportunities.
