Position Summary:

The Valet/Bellman position will provide exceptional service by ensuring the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles and luggage. Your role will involve both parking vehicles and assisting guests with their luggage, always practicing and promoting the resort’s AAA Four Diamond and Gun Lake Casino Resort’s “Unsurpassed Service Standards.” You will be the first and last point of contact for many guests, playing a critical role in creating a positive and lasting impression of our resort. By providing outstanding valet and bellman services, you will contribute to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests, enhancing their overall satisfaction and loyalty to our resort.
