About the Role We are looking for a skilled UX Writer with strong command of both Hindi and English to craft clear user‑centric content for digital banking and fintech products. You’ll work embedded within Agile product teams to shape the end‑to‑end user experience from onboarding flows to transactional micro‑copy, ensuring every word builds trust, reduces friction and speaks directly to our customers.
What You’ll Do - Write and localise UX copy in Hindi and English across web, mobile, and app interfaces including UI labels, error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, notifications, and help content.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering in Agile sprint cycles to deliver copy on time and at pace.
- Apply plain‑language principles to simplify complex financial and regulatory content without losing accuracy.
