What youll do:
Write interface copy for our app and website in English Craft system emails, push notifications, SMS, banners, release notes, chat messages, and similar content Dive into UX and product details, ask the right questions of developers and product managers Collaborate with designers and suggest meaningful interface improvements Work with localization and marketing teams; occasionally with compliance and legal teams Participate in UX research to validate hypotheses Follow EMCD style guides, refine product tone of voice, update and maintain the glossary, and ensure consistency across platforms
