Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate, experienced UX Strategist to join our team and collaborate closely with our UX Team Lead. In this full‑time role, based out of our Vancouver headquarters (with remote options depending on the candidate), you will lead UX research, design, and strategy efforts to ensure our digital projects meet user needs and exceed client expectations. You'll work cross‑functionally with design, development, content, and QA teams to keep projects on scope and on schedule.
