Product Design and Delivery
Understand the overall product strategy and assess the current UX state of the project. Contribute design screens and UX deliverables for active sprint work. Gather requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with the scrum team to define product needs. Co-create solutions with stakeholders, designers, engineers, and product managers. Design, prototype, test, and ship new product features. Lead research efforts to identify product growth opportunities or enhancements for existing product tracks. Analyse user feedback and user activity to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
