Acting as the subject matter expert for UX design in our growing team, you will own the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experience across web, mobile, and product platforms for all FRASER offices and our international clients.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life
Translate complex requirements into simple, engaging user experiences
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data insights
Ensure consistency across digital products through design systems and guidelines
Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices
