Essential Job Duties:
The HR Quality Assurance Associate supports the team by performing critical data integrity, records management, and administrative tasks that ensure the accuracy and reliability of core HR functions. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable working with HR systems, confidential information, and fast moving daily workflows.

HR Data Analysis
• Review daily HR action reports to verify endorsement compliance and identify discrepancies.
• Enter, validate, and/or approve various HR system actions across multiple workflows.
