Utility Worker will carefully clean and sanitize the kitchen space and equipment, as well as all equipment used for serving food and beverages, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and quality dining experience for our guests is our focal point.
Responsibilities
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as c...
